He is far more interested in quantum mechanics, conjuring tricks and pizza than in fiddling around with fingerprint powder, and so his investigations tend to produce startling results.

Douglas Adams does time travel and ghosts with style!

It was a very good book, part of my renewed commitment to reading (the first of that commitment). The book winds around in a lot of different story lines finally (sort of) putting everything together in the end. It is very similar to Douglas Adams usual writing style.

I particularly enjoy the old school mention of Macintosh computers and synthesizers, the technology seems very accurate to the time the book was written (except for the time machine of course).
