The Toothday festival is approaching, and Usther has finally caught Symphona, the girl of her dreams. She’s everything Usther could want: beautiful, powerful, cruel — the whole package. I enjoyed this novella -- very interesting to see Usther as a viewpoint character, and to see Usther struggling with her warring impulses between her longing to be powerful and untouchable and her need for real connections.
