Est ce que quelqu'un.e ici travaille à l'Université de Lille et peut appuyer une demande de bourse ?

Un de mes amis vient d'être évacué de avec une bourse universitaire de et maintenant qu'il est sur place l'Université lui dit qu'il n'a plus droit à la bourse. Il se retrouve sans revenu avec un loyer etc à payer et un visa qui lui permet de bosser uniquement 20h/semaine. Il a les preuves écrites que l'Université lui avait accordé une bourse.
