Through my lens, I captured streets framed by ruined homes, adorned by hands exhausted by to welcome Ramadan. Bright festive flags and a traditional lantern hang bravely across the gray sky, anchored to collapsed buildings. Down below amidst the debris, people walk past makeshift stalls. Gazan families organized a protest today to demand information regarding the fate of their missing relatives. Protesters stated they have received no official confirmation as to whether their family members are being held in Israeli military custody.
