A solidarity vigil for prisoners in occupation jails on Palestinian Prisoners' Day, organized by the Khan Yunis Families Forum and the Nasser Medical Complex, in solidarity with the detainees and medical staff in the prisons.

The Khan Yunis Families Forum, in cooperation with the Nasser Medical Complex, organized a solidarity vigil to mark Palestinian Prisoners' Day, in support of the prisoners held in occupation prisons. The event saw broad participation to reaffirm support for the prisoners and detained medical staff, highlighting their suffering within the prisons.

It’s a picture of me amidst my work

A few hours ago, the journalistic community lost our colleague Mohammed Weshah, a correspondent for Al Jazeera Mubasher, who was targeted and assassinated. This tragedy highlights the grave dangers surrounding those on the front lines. Journalism has become a heavy price paid in blood by the brave—those who choose to defy death to deliver the unvarnished truth.

Today, journalists write the story of truth in blood. Our colleague Mohammed Washah has fallen as a martyr to duty following a treacherous assassination aimed at silencing his free voice. This loss confirms that the field now belongs only to the courageous who do not fear death, ensuring the truth remains clear despite all attempts at suppression and intimidation.
